Social without pressure. Privacy without isolation.
Our Spaces
Spaces to Gather
To connect with others
The lodge naturally pulls people together.
Meals are shared. Hammocks face the river. There’s a yoga room to stretch and get grounded, and a gym to flex some muscles.
We have games — and more than a few versions of Jenga — that keep you laughing and entertained during free time with friends, family, or newly made jungle buddies.
Conversations start easily and never feel forced. It’s social, without pressure.
Spaces to Be Alone
To connect with self
Privacy matters too.
Especially after a full day in the jungle.
There are quiet corners to read, rest, or simply listen.
Your room isn’t a place to disappear but rather it’s a place to slow down. You take space when you need it, and rejoin when you’re ready.
Where you Rest at night
Your room shapes how you rest and recharge, and not how you experience the Amazon.
The jungle, the guides, and the days stay the same.
This is about where you land at night.
🕷️ Spider Room
For solo travelers & social adventurers | 4-bed shared room
This is where conversations start easily and often run late. Stories get swapped, the day gets replayed, and people tend to leave knowing everyone’s name. Relaxed, friendly, and never forced.
What it feels like:
- Social without pressure
- Easygoing, welcoming energy
- A place where friendships form naturally
🪶 Nest Room
For couples, families & friends | Private room
This is your quiet corner of the lodge. A place to close the door, take a breath, and recharge while still feeling close to the shared life of Tucán. Perfect if you want calm moments without feeling isolated.
What it feels like:
- Cozy and grounding
- Private, but not disconnected
- A soft reset between jungle days
🌴 Jungle Suite
For couples, honeymooners & nature lovers | Private cabin
This is the slow lane. More space, more privacy, and wide jungle views that invite you to linger. You can stretch out on the private hammocks in the mornings, afternoons pass quietly, and time feels less structured here.
What it feels like:
- Deep privacy and space
- Immersed in the jungle
- A place to slow everything down
Food at Tucán Lodge isn’t formal, it’s personal.
Our chef is from the local community, and cooking here isn’t just her job, it’s her joy.
Working with what’s available, adapting to dietary needs, and getting creative along the way, she somehow turns simple ingredients into meals people keep talking about.
She loves it when guests ask questions, want to learn how something’s made, or go back for seconds (or thirds).
Most of all, these are meals meant to be shared. Long tables, relaxed pace, and food that brings people together without trying too hard.
And yes! We serve what might be the best beer in the Amazon.
Homemade, freshly brewed, and always served cold.
